Yes, fitting with appointment booking is suggested and will be prioritized, to ensure comfort and privacy. You can easily book your preferred date and time online. Walk-ins are welcome too but fitting will be subjected to availability.

Each session will lasts 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to explore, try on, and enjoy the process. Be sure to be on time, session will end after 90 mins of the booked timing.

There is no limit on number of gowns to try. You may try as many as you like within your 90 mins session.

Yes! Bring up to 2 guests with you for the fitting session. You will need help from your friend/family/fiance to put on the gowns for you as this is a self-service fitting.

You can confirm your choice on the spot or take some time to decide. When ready, you may secure your gown directly at our self-check out kiosk — just a few taps to complete your reservation. The system will guide you through the deposit and gown reservation process, ring the bell if you need assistance from us.

We recommend bringing: • Nude undergarments • Nubra or strapless bra • High heels (for dress length reference) • Hair tie or clip • Power bank / phone (for photos) • Friend/Family to help with fitting
